Our Programs

Sahara Program

Hashoo Trust's Sahara Program, formerly known as its Social Welfare Program, aims at offering short-term welfare and humanitarian assistance to vulnerable families and individuals. The program supports marginalized communities with their emergency needs and through its self-sustainment initiatives. The Sahara Program is the pioneer program of the Hashoo Foundation which started its services in 1988.

Community Development Program

Hashoo Trust’s Community Development program primarily focuses on uplifting the underprivileged communities via innovative and viable interventions predominantly targeting Education and WASH. The programs are developed and designed in lieu of the communal needs and intrinsic capacity of the communities provided they are furnished with sound technical skills and knowledge.

Humanitarian Program

Humanitarian assistance has been a legacy of the Hashwani family for decades. Hashoo Trust's Humanitarian Program provides communities at risk of natural and man-made disasters with capacity-building interventions. Disaster risk reduction initiatives such as first aid training and rehabilitation measures are provided to ensure the preparedness of disaster-prone communities.
